If you are not those things for yourself, you cannot expect others to be those things for you either. Approaching others with an amicable and charismatic demeanor is essential to have others recreate your actions, as well.

When you become more charismatic, it does not mean that you are falsely charming. There are several character traits you can practice to become more charismatic:

- Be an excellent communicator
- Instill a sense of integrity into your leadership
By practicing these skills in your daily life, you can easily transform them into your business world. Being charismatic means you inspire, encourage, and motivate your followers.
Do not be afraid to get into the Trenches
Leading by example means that you are not afraid to get your hands dirty or your feet wet. Going into the trenches and getting things done shows a sign of integrity. When your employees see this trait in you, they will surely want to model it for themselves.
